The safety and well-being of our employees, members, and community will always be our top priority. As a result of the increasing spread of COVID-19 US Community Credit Union will close our branch lobbies and only operate through our drive-thru lanes and ATMs effective Monday, March 23, 2020.

Restricting our lobby access is an extraordinary measure, but it is clear we are in an extraordinary circumstance.

  • Visit us at our drive-thru locations (locations and hours of operation listed below).

  • Use our online services or Mobile App, which allow you 24/7 access to your account information from your computer, tablet, and smartphone.

  • Call our Member Service Line for assistance at 615-256-8712.

  • Use this time to save money and earn a bonus by refinancing your vehicle with US.

  • Your funds are federally insured by the NCUA for up to $250,000.

The USCCU branch location in the Estes Kefauver Federal Building will close on March 23rd until further notice as it does not have drive-thru capabilities.

For those financial transactions that generally require a face-to-face interaction, we are equipped to handle that over the phone. For debit card replacements, please communicate with us over the phone and we will gladly reprint your debit card and coordinate with you to pick up at a drive-thru location.

Please use our Night Deposit Dropbox for check deposits if possible. Our USCCU employees will be checking the Night Deposit Box every hour. Should you have mortgage paperwork you need to get to your loan officer, please also use the Night Deposit Box to deliver these and your loan officer will be in touch with you.

Because we are asking all USCCU members and shared branching members to use the drive-thru lanes at our branch locations, please be patient as wait times will likely be longer than usual. We have increased our staffing to accommodate these needs, but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

US Community Credit Union staff will use this time to continue cleaning and sanitizing our branch locations in preparation for when we can officially reopen our doors. We encourage you to view your account online or via the mobile app and ensure your most updated contact information is on file so we can communicate with you throughout this process.
